For her, strategy isn’t just about KPIs and roadmaps; it’s about storytelling, connection, and creating digital experiences that work for everyone (ideally with a strong cup of tea in hand).
With over a decade of experience leading digital transformation and engagement across charities, startups, and global firms, she’s seen it all — the tangled MarTech, the siloed teams, the well-meaning strategies that never quite land. That’s why she set out to build a consultancy that cuts through the noise with strategic thinking (hold the jargon), cross-channel know-how, and a collaborative, no-nonsense approach that actually gets things done.
Quarina’s passion lies in the craft of digital — in making the complex clear, in designing with inclusion at the core, and in asking not just can we build this, but who are we building it for. She’s endlessly curious about how humans interact with technology, and believes that when we get it right, digital can be a powerful tool for storytelling, equity, and change.
Outside of consultancy work, Quarina mentors graduates from the Global South, is a soon-to-be published poet (words are kind of her thing), and hosts Bold, Brown & British — a podcast celebrating voices and stories from the brown community with heart and humour.
