About Q & Co

We’re here to make digital feel a little less overwhelming — and a lot more effective.

We’re not a big agency (on purpose). We’re a nimble, no-fluff consultancy that helps purpose-led brands get seen, heard, and properly connected online. From digital strategy and go-to-market plans to SEO, social media, paid campaigns and websites — we cut through the noise and focus on what actually works.


Led by Quarina, a senior digital consultant with 10+ years’ experience across charity, legal, finance and startup sectors, we bring together big-picture thinking, hands-on delivery, and a deep understanding of what makes digital actually work for humans. We’ve led transformations, launched brands, fixed broken funnels, and made a lot of very bad websites slightly better (and a few very good ones from scratch).

We don’t chase trends or sell you stuff you don’t need. We ask the right questions, look under the hood, and make sure every decision is grounded in purpose — not just pixels.

3. Plain English, always

We translate tech speak, marketing waffle and acronym soup into language that actually makes sense. (Unless you want to talk about MarTech stacks — we can do that too.)

Done is better than perfect. We’d rather get something live, test it, and learn — instead of faffing for six months with a colour palette. Momentum matters.Our work is pretty perfect though...
