Privacy Policy

Look, we know this isn’t the page you came for (unless you’re really into data law, in which case — respect!). But here’s the deal: your privacy matters to us, and we promise not to do anything weird with your info.

No selling your email to dodgy spam overlords.
No creepy tracking without reason.

Just the essentials to help us run our biz, make your experience smoother, and occasionally send you things you'll (hopefully) love.

Read on for the official bits — we kept the legalese to a minimum and added a splash of plain English where we could. Because you deserve to know what’s going on without needing a law degree.

1. Introduction

At QandCo.uk, we take your privacy seriously — but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. That means we’ll protect the personal info you share with us and be straight-up about how we use it. This Privacy Policy breaks it all down.

By using this site, you're giving us the nod to collect and use your data in the ways described here. Cool? Cool.

2. What We Collect (aka, Not Your Secrets)

We may collect two kinds of info — personal and non-personal. Here’s what that means:

Personal Information

This includes things like your name, email address, postal address, and anything else you send us directly (like when you fill in a form or subscribe to our newsletter).

Non-Personal Information

This is the behind-the-scenes stuff: your IP address, browser type, device details, and what pages you clicked through. We collect this using cookies and tracking tools. It helps us see what’s working — and what’s getting ignored.

Cookies

Yes, we use cookies. Not the gooey chocolate chip kind, sadly — the digital kind that sit quietly on your device, remembering your preferences. You can block them in your browser settings, but the site might get a bit moody if you do.

3. How We Use Your Info

We use the info we collect to:

Reply to your messages

Make the site better and smoother

Personalise your experience (less generic, more “you”)

Send you updates and promos (only with your permission)

Stay on the right side of the law

4. How Long We Keep It

We only keep your info as long as we need it — either to do what we said we would, or because the law says we have to. Want us to delete it? Let us know (unless we’re legally obliged to keep it — GDPR rules and all that jazz).

5. Who Gets to See It

Short answer: not many people.

We don’t sell your data. We don’t rent it out. And we definitely don’t swap it for snacks.

We might share it with:

  • Trusted third parties who help us run this show (like hosting or email platforms)
  • Legal authorities, if we’re legally required to, or if someone’s doing something dodgy

6. Security Stuff

We use all the right tech and protocols to keep your info safe. That said, no internet system is 100% bulletproof. We do our best — but if MI6 couldn’t stop a breach, don’t expect miracles from a digital studio, yeah?

7. Your Rights (And You’ve Got a Few)

You have a bunch of rights when it comes to your data, including:

Right to Access – Want to see what we’ve got on you? Ask us.

Right to Rectification – Spotted a typo in your name? We’ll fix it.

Right to Erasure – Want us to delete you from the matrix? Done (unless we legally can’t).

Right to Object – Don’t like how we’re using your data? Tell us.

Right to Data Portability – Want to move your info to someone else? We’ll sort it.

Just pop us a message via the contact info below and we’ll get back to you faster than you can say “data subject access request.”

8. Third-Party Links (aka, Leaving the Q&Co Universe)

Sometimes we link to other sites. They do their own thing, so check their privacy policies before handing over your details. We’re not responsible for what happens off our turf.

9. Changes to This Policy

We might tweak this policy from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the date at the bottom and keep the new version right here. We recommend checking back every so often — if you're into that sort of thing.

We use cookies (not the chocolate chip kind, sadly)

They help us understand how you’re using the site so we can make it better for everyone. By clicking accept, your data gets mixed in with the rest — nothing personal, just helpful insights.

Alrighty, optimise away
