Driving Digital Transformation - Dementia UK

The situation

Dementia UK needed support shaping their digital strategy and improving how supporters experienced their services.


With an important mission and growing digital needs, the organisation was at a point where clearer direction and alignment were needed to move things forward effectively.

The value

This work helped turn a complex, evolving digital landscape into something more structured, focused and manageable - setting the stage for long-term impact.

The Challenge

Like many organisations mid-transformation, digital had become:

  • complex and slightly fragmented
  • difficult to prioritise
  • not always aligned across teams

What I did

I stepped in to provide senior digital strategy support, working closely with internal teams to bring structure and direction.

  • Helping teams prioritise effectively and move from strategy into delivery

  • Better understanding of supporter journeys and experience gaps
